With our dual technical and digital expertise, we imagine and deploy experiential solutions that support real estate projects from the upstream phase, through the design of tailor-made digital solutions, to downstream, through the deployment of sustainable, intelligent systems, and this, whatever their vocation (tertiary, industrial, residential, health, etc.). Throughout the design process, digital technology acts as a real facilitator, acting in a concrete way to optimize spaces and the overall performance of buildings. Its multidimensional aspect is reflected through the capture and intelligent management of data, to promote the operational and energy efficiency of the building, while ensuring the well-being of its occupants is preserved.
We study and develop ad hoc digital systems that improve the capture and analysis of needs and behaviors. By providing a set of tools and tangible data, we help our clients enrich the architectural, programmatic, technical and environmental response of a real estate project.
